The Launching date of the Heart of the Swarm is on the 12th of March, 2013

According to the releasing story of Heart of the Swarm, Blizzard Entertainment declared the launching date of the StarCraft 2 Heart of the Swarm.  It is to be unveiled on the 12th of March, 2013. The company also declared that it will offer the collector edition to the gamers when the users buy this game. The collector edition will incorporate a DVD of the background images as well as a Blu-ray disk along with a soundtrack CD. The Heart of the Swarm will also include a one hundred and forty-four page art book along with a rush mouse pad of the Zerg.
